The use of the blue is awesome...and I've noticed the barbed wire. At first I didn't

Overall though, I really like how sharp this looks, and the fading from white to that blue pattern. (though I think it'd also look good as a full Mopar scheme) Nice work!!

I think the numbers on the original "Bling Bling" from '04 were white on white, so that's why I did that. Still, I'll give the reverse a shot.
The "White spot" on the skirts is actually supposed to be a cutout on the skirts, and thus, it's a continuation of the sheet metal behind the skirts. All be normal there.
I'll see what I can do with the Charter logo. The symbol being purple like that is kind of hard to work with on a background such as this.
Anyways, I'll try everything listed and get back to ya.

As for the Charter logo... I don't know if this is something you've thought of to do quick borders, but in many cases, I just copy the
image I want to put a border around, and paste it directly behind the image. Then I color fill that pasted image with the color I want the border. Next I just shift it one pixel in any direction. I keep doing that until I fill all eight directions you can adjust one pixel, directionally (left, down-left, down, down-right, etc.), and flatten all those color-filled images into one image (just to keep my layers neat and somewhat organized).
I know I noticed from some of your files that for borders, you commonly use whatever Photoshop's equivalent to the "Glow" option is, and I know that in Fireworks at least, that doesn't always work out too well with smaller images. The only issue I've noticed with the method I mentioned is that it doesn't always work as well on angled points.
